For a 3-star inn, the rooms are great. Maybe a bit dated but beds are very comfortable and bathrooms look like they were renovated yesterday. Sunday breakfast was perfect. Staff very pleasant and helpful
The place exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do this stay justice! The room was clean, and the balcony had an amazing view. The added touches were the check in being easy and accommodating. They had a microwave and fridge in the room and in the lobby there was ice. Very happy with our stay here!

Absolute perfect location, near a beautiful beach that looks made to watch the sunset. Very clean rooms and big bathrooms, Super comfortable beds! The workers are very nice too and the breakfast was very good with generous portions! I recommend the english muffin sandwich it was delicious and very filling
Right on Cabot Trail, our room was recently updated with lovely sliding door to outside with chairs to relax. So easy to find. Bathroom super clean, and no carpet in room! (I hate carpet) so floors clean. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay but we ate there anyway and it was clean, good price, but even better was delicious (I had Eggs Benedict , partner had special #1.) I couldn't finish my meal as came with REAL home cut hash brown fried potatoes. Owner served us himself and is lovely. Big windows in dining room overlooking water. The mattress in our room, must be somewhat new, it was so comfy. We always bring our own pillows but the ones provided were good quality. Property was clean, well maintained. I will definitely goto when family visit and want to do the Cabot Trail.
Had a wonderful stay last September. Beautiful views. Great breakfast. The rooms were so clean, and the best smelling bed sheets! I want to know what laundry products they use!
A great nights stay in a very tranquil and peaceful setting. Rooms have everything you require and beds are comfy! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff are friendly and friendly welcoming. Top marks! Thank you!
Room was clean but a little run down. Sheets were not on the bed properly so had to fix. Great shower pressure and all the right helpful travel items. Desk clerk a little off putting but still helpful. Great view from patio. Was quiet. Nice place for an overnight on the cabot trail.
